When I installed 10.2 (as 10.1.5) on Server 2003, SBS 2003, XP, I had massive problems with roaming profiles and disconnected drives. One thing to mention - we also use firewall appliances that provide for HTTP and SMTP proxy functions to allow me to strip content or block it BEFORE it reaches the network.

1) set all your filter profiles back to 0 temporarily then hang up any connections to reset them. 2) delete 2 of your 3 firewall profiles. if you can't delete the profiles goto system diag, restore config and paste the following.. pressing ctrl-c after that will restore controll START=FWALL=200=1 END=FWALL=200=1
